Information you give us. When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, and message. When you submit an employment application we receive the information you enter, such as contact details, availability, and work history.

Information collected automatically. When enabled, analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) may collect device information, pages viewed, and interactions (such as clicking a booking button) using cookies and similar technologies.

Bookings, waivers and payments are handled by our booking provider, ROLLER (ecom.roller.app / waiver.roller.app), on their own website under their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

To respond to your inquiries, process employment applications, operate and improve the website, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and communicate with you (for example, if you ask to be notified when our blog launches).

We use service providers to run the website: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (form email delivery). When advertising tools are enabled, interaction data may be shared with Google, Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), and TikTok for advertising measurement — under California law this may be considered "sharing" of personal information, and you can opt out below. We do not sell personal information for money.

Our facility welcomes families, but this website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Our forms are intended for use by parents, guardians, and adult job applicants. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us at info@lwparks.com and we will delete it.

Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox and retained only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted (employment applications are kept per applicable employment-record requirements). The website is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern browser security protections enabled.
